Paul is the President and CEO of an aerosapce firm, Enviro Systems, Inc., located in Seminole, OK.  Paul grew up in rural Kentucky.

Jennifer Monies started as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Educated Workforce Initiative in July, 2014. She has extensive background in communications, policy development and coalition-building. Most recently, Jennifer served as the press secretary and senior advisor to Oklahoma Senate President Pro Tempore Brian Bingman. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband Paul, son Callum and daughter Isla.

Jenifer is a graduate of Baylor University with an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, minoring in Spanish and a Masters Degree in School Administration. Jenifer helped start Oklahoma's first rural charter school called Carlton Landing Academy.

Ed is a Program Manager at Enviro Systems, Inc.

Ed has lived in many rural and urban areas across the USA.  Ed and his family live in Seminole, OK.

Trish is currently a Lean Coordinator at Enviro

Systems, Inc.  Trish is passionate about voluntering and supporting the community.
